Returns & Exchanges
Hey there. We're a small operation, doing what we love. In order to streamline and keep costs down, we print the products when you order them (kinda like McDonald's now says they only start making your burger when you order it. But I digress).
That being said, if you place an order and decide you simply don't like it once you receive it (aka the dreaded "Buyer's Remorse"), well, that hurts us. So PLEASE, make sure you really like the design before you hit that BUY button! We don't offer refunds for buyers remorse, but we may offer you store credit for a different design you might also hate.
If it's damaged or defective, of course we'll take it back, just be sure to email us a photo of the damage for our records (if we get multiple complaints about a certain item, then we will not work with that vendor again). And let us know this within seven (7) days of receiving it. We will work with you; don't be scared, little lamb.
Now, if you want to return it for a different size; for example, you ordered a Medium when you know damn well you're really a Large, that's on you. We have sizing guides and measurements on every wearable product, so please double-check before ordering.
Got it? OK, so if you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming everything's cool and include your store credit.
In order to initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 212-457-1295, for further instructions. We'd like to say we donate any returned merchandise to an orphanage, but in reality, we don't. It usually just goes to waste, so don't be a waster!
If you change your mind before the order goes to print, we may be able to cancel it; so we keep a 12 hour window open because of this. Please let us know if you wish to cancel within 12 hours of placing the order.
We aren't trying to be jerks, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it's damaged or defective. The good news is that it's typically less than $5. But be sure you add tracking if you send via USPS (that's the Post Office, not to be confused with UPS, which are the guys in the ugly brown uniforms. You can use them too, but they usually charge more).
So that wasn't too harsh, was it? One day, we hope to be huge and extremely rich, so then we can be a little more relaxed on our return policy.
